Tuscany’s climate is typically mild, with variations based on the geography of every town. Summers are warmer at the shore and in valleys than in the mountains and hills. However, the coast has advantages because sea breezes help keep temperatures mild even in the hottest seasons.

These months are the peak season in Tuscany, so expect that the region is at its busiest, and things can be extra costly.  The peak season, together with good weather throughout these months, makes visiting Tuscany extra special.
