Chef Donatella Zampoli? culinary career began more than 20 years ago, when she was the chef at Mas del Saugo restaurant in Cavalese, a town located in the Dolomites region of Northern Italy. Her innovative cuisine earned the restaurant a Michelin star. After eight years at the restaurant, Donatella began organizing various culinary events around Europe and became a consultant to the hospitality industry. She served as the consulting executive chef for Italian cuisine alongside Wolfgang Puck when Orient Lines launched its luxury cruise liner, Marco Polo, in the early 1990s.
