Beef tagliata (grilled sliced beef) with rucola

Serves 4

1.75 pounds beef fillet
7 ounces rucola
salt and pepper
olive oil

Grill the fillet on a strong flame, cook very rare, salt and prepare. Cut in small slices and place on the rucola with salt and olive oil dressing, serve very warm.
