Sausage cappellacci on black cabbage and pecorino cheese

Pasta Ingredients:
4 eggs
10.5 ounces flour
Dab of salt and oil

Sauce Ingredients:
Black cabbage
1 garlic clove
olive oil

Mix everything together kneading it into a small ball and letting it rest for about an hour. Flatten out and cut in circles, stuffing them with filling. Seal and cook in boiling salted water.

Filling ngredients:
Sausage
1/2 onion
1 garlic clove
1/2 glass of red wine

Chop garlic and onion. Add the sausage and wet with red wine. Cook for 20 minutes. Once the sauce is ready pour it on the cappellacci.
