Cheese Salsa

Ingredients: 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese - chopped 1/4-1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup mild salsa 1/4 cup chopped green peppers (optional)

Directions: Melt the cheese in a pot on the stove, keeping the heat on low. Add the milk a little at a time until you reach the consistency desired. Add the salsa and the chopped peppers, and serve warm.
